Adam Elliott
Co-founder, President
Adam has more than 20 years of experience creating solutions for the financial services and direct marketing industries. Prior to launching ID Insight, he was the President of ChexSystems, Inc., a subsidiary of FIS, the recognized leader in providing risk and fraud solutions for the retail banking industry. He managed the analytics function, product management and channel strategy functions, and is credited with leading the next generation of product solutions, resulting in double digit growth for this mature $100-million business.

A recognized name in the analytics area, Adam has won numerous awards for marketing and training, including “Minnesotans on the Move in 2010”, the Gold Award at the Houston International Film Festival for analytics training and an award from the American Marketing Association for leading the creation of the largest B2B (business-to-business) Webcast in Yahoo’s history. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Prior to FIS, Adam held analytic leadership roles at Deluxe, Time Life and Fingerhut.

Sudheer Prem
Chief Technology Officer
Sudheer has 14 years of experience in developing products and solutions in the banking, financial services, and insurance industries.  His expertise includes open source, technology and solution integration, business intelligence, enterprise search, structured and unstructured data analytics, cryptography, and ground-breaking text-mining applications.  In his role as ID Insight’s primary technology architect, he has designed and led the implementation of a truly innovative framework that allows ID Insight’s product team to define and deliver customized solutions tailored to solve for unmet client needs with extreme speed, precision, and reliability. In 2013, he was named inventor on the patent for ID Insight’s SEEKsm technology (Search Engine Encryption Kit), which combines a highly-secure encryption package with the latest advancements in inverted indexing technologies

Prior to ID Insight, Sudheer worked as a Senior Software Specialist at the SAS R&D Center located in Pune, India. While there, he led a critical project to integrate the SAS Business Intelligence platform with various enterprise search engines like Google Search Appliance, Microsoft SharePoint, and others. He published and presented a white paper on his work in this area at the SAS Global Forum.

Prior to SAS, Sudheer worked as a Lead Engineer at Polaris Financial Technologies. There he developed a first-of-its-kind system to secure the electronic delivery of sensitive account correspondence to Citibank customers, thereby eliminating paper delivery and resulting in multi-million dollar savings for the bank.

Jack Sundstrom
Chief Product and Marketing Officer
Jack has over twenty years of experience in building data strategies and developing advanced analytics solutions on behalf of Fortune 500 clients across several industries including financial services, retail, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, and automotive.  Prior to joining ID Insight, he was Vice President of Decision Sciences for Aimia, Inc. where he and his teams developed deep insights about consumers and their brand experiences, recommended strategies that maximize profitability of each customer relationship, and measured the business impact.

Known for leading high performing teams, Jack managed the loyalty analytics function that was rated as #1 by Forrester while also being recognized with the “Great Manager” award based on scoring on the top of the organization’s employee engagement survey.  His career also includes senior product development positions with Carlson Marketing and FIS as well as hands-on, data analytics roles with GE Capital, Fingerhut, and the US Air Force.

Matt Schraan
Vice President, Product Development and Client Solutions
Matt has nearly 10 years of experience in developing and launching products in the financial services and payments industries. He has deep domain expertise and has presented at numerous industry conferences on counter-fraud topics such as account takeover, application fraud, identity verification and authentication, and compliance strategies. On a day-to-day basis, Matt leverages his expertise by working closely with ID Insight partners and clients to develop strategies for reducing fraud risk, meeting compliance requirements, and maximizing value from fraud detection techniques.

While leading the product development function at ID Insight, Matt has played a key role in designing and launching several innovative solutions. In 2013, he was named a co-inventor on the patent for ID Insight’s SEEKsm technology (Search Engine Encryption Kit), which combines a highly-secure encryption package with the latest advancements in inverted indexing technologies. Other credits include the launch of ID Insight’s ID Verification solution, and re-launches of ID Insight’s Safe2Change solution through distribution partners.
